Makes some Fine Q : Weber 17005 Apple Wood Chunks, 5-Pound
These are great high potential wood chunks that last a good long time (properly soaked), so they deliver smoke to your edibles over an extended duration of time. Weber also offers 3lb bags of chips that are quite a lot smaller. Those tend to burn a lot faster than the chunks and as a corollary they put out a lot of smoke in a much shorter duration of time. As a normal rule, I think chips might be best for those items that require less time to cook where as chunks are what you want when you're smoking an "all-day" piece of meat. Or a mix. You know, I love the endless variety of smoking!
